Embroideries are normally made with needle and thread, but at the 22nd Beijing International Heat Treatment Exhibition, visitors witnessed embroideries made with special steel wire. The diameter of the wire was only 0.01 mm, one-tenth the thickness of a piece of standard A4 paper.

This steel wire is a kind of special heated alloy wire, which also features the characteristics of being light and soft. In an environment above 1000℃, it still has high oxidation resistance and toughness.

In addition to being used in creative work with cultural and artistic value, this kind of steel wire is also widely used in manufacturing industries such as photovoltaics, chip production and energy storage due to its excellent properties of corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance.

For example, the steel wire can be used in the gas boiler industry, as it not only ensures uniform temperature distribution, but also inhibits nitrogen oxide and carbon monoxide emissions, promoting full combustion.

Combined with other materials, it is also used for special clothing such as radiation protective clothing, bringing convenience for more special groups at work and in life.
